Your top talent recommendations are generated by analyzing your strategy and content and programmatically matching you with qualified trained contributors from our network. This feature is only available to users who have have the ability to add and remove contributors and read only users. Our user roles are customizable so to be sure that you have this ability enabled, go to Publication settings > User management > User roles. If you do not have the ability to add contributors enabled, reach out to your Account Manager so they can make that change for you.
Because we rely on information from your content and strategy to generate the recommendations, the following must be completed before we have enough information to give you quality recommendations:
Contently Strategy > Mission & Goals
Contently Strategy > Audience
Contently Strategy > Pillar
